Health–It’s Not for Me

“I’m just not ready for a health kick.”

“She’s real health nut.  All she eats are salads and vegetables.”

“I like chocolate too much to be healthy.”

“If I decide to eat healthy, then I can’t ever have a burger and fries.”

Have you heard these statements or ones like them?  Or, have you SAID these things?

Many people approach the idea of healthy eating the way we they approach a hard core diet:  it’s all or nothing, baby.  The problem with that approach is that it leaves most of us feeling . . . unsatisfied.  And angry.  And hungry.
